Jalapeno Popper Rolls! I like jalapeños. Especially when they’re with cream cheese. AND BACON! I bet you could freeze the filling in little logs, wrap them up, and bake them instead of frying. You know, if you want to be all healthy about it.
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Monterey jack cheese (shredded)
- 1 (4 ounce) can jalapeno peppers (diced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic (minced)
- 3 green onions (diced)
- 1 tablespoon bacon bits (or more, to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 (16 ounce) package wonton wrappers
- 1 egg
- 1 quart vegetable oil (for frying)
