Crunchy pickles in a crispy batter. Served with a spicy chipotle mayonnaise!
Ingredients:
- 4 Dill Pickles (although there’s enough batter for 8 probably)
- 1 Cup All-purpose Flour (batter)
- 1 Cup Cornmeal (batter)
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika (Batter)
- 1 Cup Beer (or milk for a softer batter)
- 1 Pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Chipotle Peppers
- 1 Tablespoon Adobo sauce (from chipotles)
- 1 Quart Vegetable Oil (for frying)
