Grandma's Goulash...simple week night meal. Add in your favorite veggies and adjust spice to your mood...Italian seasoning, chile powder, Cajun, whatever floats your boat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup small shell pasta, cooked (measured before cooking)
  • grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
